One Source, A Marketing & Research Company (www.onesourceamrc.com) is owned and operated by Joe Michaelree. The company specializes in research in the agriculture industry and related trades, event management, as well as food & beverage and research for non-profits.
While One Source began serving primarily the agriculture industry, the Post-Event Survey was initiated as a combination of two of Joe’s passions: running and market research. Many events in the St. Louis area had come and gone with limited success. What Joe had seen is that many of them lacked a feel for what their participants needed to make the event better, and what as a race manager, was needed to make the race better – namely, solid metrics to quantify performance of specific components.
After successfully piloting the survey system with races conducted by a St. Louis running store, smaller races in the area and the largest competitive race in St. Louis, Joe is now taking the service to events beyond the St. Louis area.
In past roles, Joe has functioned as the Market Research Manager for Doane Agricultural Services, and also worked for Walker Information and Maritz Research and served as an adjunct instructor for William Woods University. Joe possesses a BA and MBA from the University of Missouri.
